Music and Passion

Jason DeRoche is a hard working producer and musician with a unique background. He is a jazz guitarist who has been trained by renowned Toronto musicians and has played professionally for years. And Jason has two Masters degrees in philosophy and is currently working on a Masters in Theology. Jason puts these aspects of himself into his music. 

Jason believes music has the potential to take us beyond ourselves, to connect us with others and even with creation around us as well as our creator. Jason strives to create house music that moves us in these ways. His songs are at once groove heavy and emotionally rich. “There’s just so much that can be said in this genre, I love it!” 

But Jason has also been influenced by other electronic genres and artists. He weaves in Dubstep and Trance elements into his songs. And a big step forward was when Jason met masterful singer Ben Di Nunzio. Jason now works often with Ben to create his sound.  

Jason's passion has moved him to create songs that have garnered support from many listeners, audio blogs and DJ’s. His debut single "Realign My Mind" was released on Deeplife Records and featured a remix by Kevin Aleksander. Jason has since released numerous singles and remixes with Deeplife records. His EP "Grey" is out now on all platforms.
